If anyone of you here in SAP, Oracle apps, JDE...this might be useful. I have APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) books all four volumes in very good condition. I have cleared the exam today and putting it for sale. If you need please send me private message. I will donate 10% to IV. I am listing it here as there are lot of guys in IT and working in ERP.

Need advice on how to reopen a bia appeal. We have vacated an aggravated felony Sept 25 that precluded any relief. Ninth circuit review pending and im seeking an extension on the opening brief until I find out bia status. The question I have is if i should just use IAC as an argument or just try to reopen based on a material change? I dont want to open a "can or worms" but the attorney throughout the 5 year court proceedure never advise to vacate or any post conviction remedies. Bia appeal decision Apr 29/09 is past the ninty days.

Yes he is in 'Adjustee Status' also a person can start working as soon as new employer files H1 petition on his/her behalf. So if the petition was filed on time and took 40 days to be approved your friend was in H1 status since the day the petition was received by USCIS

Yes, this can be done. The H-1 company needs to submit a new I-129 petition requesting a change of status for your brother. Alternatively, your brother can leave the US, apply for an H-1 visa and re-enter in H status.

Well, if you leave your co. now and also want your GC then:
Your H1 period will be over after 6 years irrespective of the I-140 from the old co.
GC: You do have to start from scratch.
However, you can still maintain your PD if your prev. co does not revoke the I-140. The documentation of your Old PD is to be attached with the New I-140.

Hi,
My labor was denied first time through PERM(December 2005) and later after refiling, it got approve through PERM ( Applied on May 2006)
Now Can I use my first labor filing date as the priority date(Decmber 2005) or they will take the new date(May 2006).
I have I-140 Approved.

I'm about to buy a Nikon DSLR and I need lens suggestions (for lenses under $500).
I'm also having a big debate on whether I should buy the Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 or the Sigma 28-70mm f/2.8 or if I should buy a Nikon lens.

Hello,
In my LCA(H1B) Prevailing wage is $ 55K & in my Labor(PERM) application Prevailing wage is $ 65K.
My labor(PERM) has been approved & I-140 is in process at TSC.
My question is
This diffrence between LCA mentioned prevailing wage(i.e. $55K) & Labor(PERM) prevailing wage(i.e. $65K) going to create any problem at stage of I-140 or later in I-485??
I am getting paid as mentioned in LCA i.e. $55K.
I will greatly appreciate response.

Tonight I saw British-born journalist Richard Wolffe on both CNN and on his regular spot with Keith Olbermann on MSNBC. He's usually commenting on the day's American political news, but he's now also promoting his new book, Renegade. Wolffe covered the entire campaign of President Obama, from the day he announced he was running until Election Day 2008. Hi,
I am currently on H1 and it is with company A. I have an offer with company B and want to get my H1 transferred to company B. I have not gotten my H1 stamped since i have received my work authorization. Can i still get my H1 transferred or do i need to get it stamped and only then can i have my H1 transferred.
